About The Ticket Clinic Georgia

Since 2005, The Ticket Clinic, a law firm has been assisting motorists in Georgia charged with traffic offenses such as speeding, Super Speeder violations, improper turns, accidents and more. Our goal: To save you time and money while keeping your driving record clean.

Our Team

Frank W. Hicks III, Esq.

After graduating from Mercer Law School in 2002, he began working as a prosecutor where he oversaw the traffic division. He then moved over to the Public Defender’s office where he worked for over a decade. He has resolved thousands of criminal cases, ranging from traffic tickets to murder and has over 100 jury trials. Frank draws upon his past experience as a deputy sheriff to assist his clients. Mr. Hicks handles cases ranging from traffic tickets to complex criminal cases throughout Georgia.

Shanti Persad-Moeller, Esq.

Is graduate of the University of Miami and Norte Dame Law School, with more than ten year’s experience in criminal law matters ranging from juveniles to adults. She’s also a published author (Cannabis Law Journal) who has written dozens of articles on law and cannabis.

Timothy Wallace, Esq.

Graduated from The University of Georgia in 2008, where he majored in Political Science. In 2011, he became a graduate of Tulane University Law School, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Since graduation, Timothy has primarily focused his legal career on litigation matters. At the Ticket Clinic, Mr. Wallace has dedicated his practice to defending clients facing traffic tickets and misdemeanor criminal charges throughout Georgia.

Venice R. Daley, Esq.

After graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1992, began working as an assistant public defender for Fulton County where she handled adult felony cases, juvenile cases as well as direct appeals of felony convictions in the appellate division. Five years later, she then entered private practice where she continued to practice criminal law, post-conviction appeals as well as family law. Ms. Daley handles cases ranging from traffic tickets to felony criminal cases throughout metro Atlanta and now practices in the South Georgia area.

Adam Klein, Esq.

Mr. Klein, a graduate of Emory University School of Law has dedicated his career to helping others.  After law school, Mr. Klein worked as an Assistant Public Defender in DeKalb county, representing indigent clients in criminal court. After 2 years as an Assistant Public Defender, Mr. Klein entered private practice handling criminal, civil, personal injury and consumer protection cases. Currently, Mr. Klein works as a trial attorney for The Ticket Clinic handling a wide range of criminal/traffic cases in Northern Georgia. 

Alexander Suto, Esq.

After graduating from the University of Virginia and then Emory Law School Mr. Suto began his legal career in Atlanta, GA working with commercial transactional law. Later, after relocating to the Brunswick, GA area, Mr. Suto changed paths and focused on civil litigation.  Since joining The Ticket Clinic, Mr. Suto has been handling traffic/criminal cases exclusively as he practices in our Hinesville, GA office. 

Michael Meyer, Esq.

Graduated from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) (2009) and Emory Law School (2014). He has worked as a public defender and criminal defense attorney. He has experience with adults and juveniles, felonies and misdemeanors. He also has experience in various family law matters. At the Ticket Clinic, Mr. Meyer has dedicated his practice to defending clients facing traffic tickets and criminal charges throughout Georgia.

Ashley Brown, Esq.

Upon graduating from The North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2020, Ashley immediately entered private practice handling cases in varies areas of law including family law, immigration, personal injury, and criminal defense. 

Quickly recognizing her overwhelming passion for the practice of criminal law and her desire to help the underdog, Ashley joined the Ticket Clinic team where she dedicates herself solely to the practice of misdemeanor criminal defense.
